I have been through what you are dealing with. Today, I heard back from the BBB and well, it’s kind of a mess. They’re offering me 36 out of the 48 dollars they owe me, claiming they gave me a one month refund over the phone (my monthly cost was $12.00), which they only offered, never confirmed with me that I would be receiving said refund. But the BBB does get results! I heard back from the BBB around a week after my complaint was filed. Just keep fighting, if needed.
